My 2019 weddings, all wrapped up!

Oh my gosh! What a year 2019 has been. It’s certainly been packed with the most amazing couples, some utterly stunning locations, both UK and abroad and thankfully, a shed tonne of confetti throughout… my idea of wedding heaven!

My couples have taken me between Bedfordshire, Cambridgeshire, Hertfordshire, London, France, Greece and many other locations. What a bloody lucky gal I am.

Don’t get me wrong, it’s exhausting! There’s time pressures and also the pressures I put on myself to create the best, most colourful, exciting images possible for my couples by my god, I LOVE it! Above all, I love the reactions I get when I deliver a wedding gallery to a couple. It reminds them of their epic day all over again.

Weddings still excite me massively after 9+ years of shooting them because I have THE BEST couples. You lot are full of so much love and laughter and naughtiness, you keep me pushing for bigger and better, resulting in kick arse images – thank you.

I’m so excited to see what 2020 has in store for me! A whole heap of I do’s in various styles whether it be in a pub, on top of a hill or in the middle of an ice rink (PLEASE LET THIS HAPPEN!) but most importantly, love without boundaries. My job gives me the opportunity to travel and see the best love stories unfolding. I get to witness questionable dance floor moves, listen to some hilarious speeches and even turn non photo loving couples into confident duo’s in front of the camera.

It’s very clear that 2020 is a popular year to be getting married as my diary is getting super full. I think it’s the ‘easy numbers’ to remember personally. I know I can always do with extra help to remember special dates, including my wedding!

2020 is also taking me to Portugal with Killer Filler Workshop… an alternative, creative, kick arse workshop for wedding photographers and film makers. I run this epic workshop with my buddy Jade, from Hushabye Films (it was her brain child). We can’t wait to leave the UK and head over to the Algarve with a whole bunch of creatives, it’s going to be a blast.
