The entourage...
She looked absolutely gorgeous in her dress from Veromia Bridalwear. Hair by Kelly (from Hair by Phillip) and make up by Gabriella Floyd finished off her look perfectly.
The prosecco was already uncorked by this point and I was told that it would be featuring quite a bit throughout the day… couldn’t wait!
It was a short drive over to The Priory, Little Wymondley where Luke was eagerly waiting to say ‘I do’. The lads looked awesome in their suits from Next. The venue was all set, ready to greet the bridal party and looking pretty spectacular.

Tying the knot...
Hannah’s friend read a beautiful poem during the service, written by herself. That got some tears rolling, even from Hannah!
Heading outside, we set up a confetti walk with confetti canons, to find that only one of the three actually worked. Never one to let a malfunction ruin the day, I asked Dad and a groomsmen to peel the lids off and fling it over them anyway. Not quite the same but still got us a great shot!
I quickly found out that the bridal party were fans of Prosecco! Like, BIG fans! We even nailed a shot where they were sprawled out on the floor, littered with prosecco bottles and looking sloshed.. it was great fun. In fact, the ‘looking sloshed’ part came pretty easy to them, I wonder if the prosecco from earlier helped get them into the roll!!!
We did something different for the lads too… but that didn’t quite go to plan either! I happened to mention about climbing a tree! Hannah loved the idea of it… the boys tolerated the idea of it… The Priory were not impressed! Apologies for that! I wasn’t aware that it was a jolly old tree and needed tender loving care rather than 11 pairs of feet climbing (or slipping) over it!
So if you have been paying attention and you are good at maths, you may now well have worked out that Hannah and Luke had a whooping 21 person strong bridal party… 21!!!

Shhhh, it's a secret...
Hannah’s mum and dad organised a corker of a surprise for the reception. Picture this… dad stands up, hushes the room ready to start his speech, a waiter carrying a metal tray full on face plants the floor, tray goes flying! This creates a huge commotion, so all eyes on him… then he proceeds to start singing at which point another waiter joins in and hey presto!! You have surprise singing waiters! To say that the crowd joined in was an understatement – the whole room was on it’s feet, arms in the air, voices loud, napkins swinging, standing on chairs, you name it, they did it! Well done mum and dad and of course, well done to The Undercover Waiters! And then it was over to Mark from Bluemark Entertainment to continue that party vibe throughout the rest of the evening.
That awesome vibe carried on through the evening and gave the couple the best day ever! The cake was made by the amazing Jo, from Bake-A-Lot and was actually too good to cut up! And I can’t finish this blog without mentioning that Hannah wore ‘BRIDE’ sliders all day! Yes girl, you had the right idea and the comfiest feet!
Thank you for choosing me to capture your wedding at The Priory, I loved it!
